Amrize North America Inc. in Systech Paulding OH is seeking a Process Operator to join our heavy manufacturing team. You will unload and process materials, operate forklift and other equipment, and help ensure safe handling and reuse of waste as fuel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven ability to work in one process area with basic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and processes material following established procedures.
• Proficient in use of forklift or other mobile equipment.
• Follow safety policies and permits for waste handling.
• Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area with strong organization.
• Operate heavy equipment as required (bobcat, track mobile, stinger).
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
