Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Operator to join our team in Systech Paulding OH. You will be trained in one process area and perform unloading, processing, and blending of materials for reuse as fuel, with supervision minimal.

You will handle hazardous and non‑hazardous materials and follow safety and waste-handling procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in heavy manufacturing, and the ability to work outdoors in process buildings with PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work outside and in processing buildings with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.
• Valid driver's license to operate equipment requiring licensure.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process material per established procedures; proficient with forklift or other mobile equipment.
• Follow safety policies and permits for handling waste.
• Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stay well‑organized.
• Operate heavy equipment (e.g., bobcat, track mobile, stinger, remote crane) as required.
• Inspect and recondition customer portable Fuel Quality Waste tanks.
