Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Operator at its Systech Paulding, OH location. You will unload and process materials, blend and prepare wastes for reuse, and operate a range of heavy equipment with supervision minimal.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE usage, and adherence to environmental policies. Minimum one year in heavy manufacturing and a high school diploma or GED are required; driving license is needed for certain equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Outdoor work environment; exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.
• Must follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Valid driver’s license to operate equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process material as per procedures; forklift proficiency required.
• Follow waste handling permits and safety policies.
• Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized; adhere to 5S practices.
• Operate heavy equipment (e.g., bobcat, track mobile, crane) as required.
• Inspect and recondition customer Fuel Quality Waste tanks.
• Wear all required PPE and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and other areas during emergencies.
• Overtime may be required to meet production priorities.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
