Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Process Operator at the Systech Paulding OH site to join a safety‑driven team. You will unload and process materials and blend them for reuse as fuel, operating forklifts and equipment with minimal supervision.

You will follow waste handling permits, perform routine equipment maintenance, keep a clean, organized work area, and support production priorities. The role requires a high school diploma and 1 year of heavy manufacturing experience, with strong

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and adherence to PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and processes material following established procedures.
• Follow safety policies and permits for proper handling of waste.
• Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; stay well organized.
• Operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, track mobile, stinger and crane.
• Inspect and recondition Fuel Quality Waste tanks.
• Wear PPE and promote safety in the workplace.
• Assist in other areas to meet production priorities or emergencies.
• Work overtime as necessary to meet site production goals.
