Job summary

Amrize is hiring a Process Operator at our Systech Paulding facility in Ohio. You will be trained in one process area and work with minimal supervision, unloading hazardous and non-hazardous materials and processing or blending for reuse as fuel.

You will operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, track mobile, stinger and remote controlled crane, follow safety policies, and maintain a clean, organized area. This role requires a HS diploma/GED and 1 year in heavy manufacturing, with outdoor work

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Must work outside and in process buildings with exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise; respirators may be required.
Ability to work cooperatively in a professional team environment and demonstrate problem solving.

Responsibilities

Unload and process material following established procedures; proficient with forklift or similar equipment.
Follow safety policies and permits for proper handling of waste.
Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment as requested.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and operate heavy equipment as needed.
Inspect and recondition customer portable Fuel Quality Waste tanks.
