Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Shadow/assist Operating Technicians to learn plant operations.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure safe and reliable operation of assigned areas.
• Take readings, monitor conditions, and troubleshoot equipment with supervision.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety processes and emergency preparedness.
• Collaborate with the team to demonstrate Dow's competencies and professional communication.
• Develop technical skills to operate manual and automated equipment and learn new technologies.
