Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of industrial experience or related military experience.
• Enrolled in Process Technology (PTEC) AS degree last semester with GPA ≥ 2.7 OR graduated in last 2 years with GPA ≥ 2.7.
• U.S. work authorization only; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Shadow/assist Operating Technicians.
• Follow safety and operating discipline to ensure safe plant operation.
• Take readings and monitor process conditions and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting unit upsets and abnormalities.
• Learn environmental, health & safety systems and emergency preparedness.
• Demonstrate Dow's competencies and teamwork in operations.
