Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years industrial maintenance experience, or enrollment in Process Technology program with GPA ≥2.7, or recent graduate with GPA ≥2.7.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available for this US position.

Responsibilities

• Shadow/assist Operating Technicians and follow Operating Discipline procedures.
• Take readings and monitor process equipment; assist in troubleshooting unit upsets.
• Learn permit system, EH&S, and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrate Dow competencies: teamwork, learning, and safe work habits.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisor; stay productive with minimal direction.
