Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shadow Operating Technicians to learn daily routines.
• Follow Operating Discipline principles for safe, efficient operation.
• Take readings and perform field checks with an operator.
• Monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
• Perform tasks under direct supervision of an experienced operator.
• Participate in troubleshooting unit upsets and abnormalities.
• Learn permit system and EH&S procedures and emergency prep.
• Demonstrate Dow's competencies and communicate professionally.
• Work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
