Job summary

You will work closely with Operating Technicians to perform tasks, monitor conditions, and assist in troubleshooting to support reliable production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years industrial experience or enrollment in PTEC program with GPA 2.7+, or 3+ years of military experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing/supporting Operating Technicians
• Follow safety, procedures and operating discipline for safe plant operation
• Take readings and perform field checks
• Monitor process conditions, equipment and control systems
• Perform tasks under supervision of experienced operators
• Troubleshoot unit upsets and abnormalities
• Learn about EH&S systems and emergency preparedness
• Demonstrate Dow competencies and teamwork in operations
