• Prior corporate travel experience.

• Experience designing and documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and scope of services.

• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business requirements and design processes that align with objectives.

• Provide recommendations and future-state solutions aligning capabilities with business needs.

• Support the implementation of new technologies, initiatives, and service model changes.
• Partner with Product and Technology to support operational readiness for technology initiatives.
• Support testing, adoption planning, training support, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Assist with organizational change initiatives, transformation efforts, and improvement programs.

The Process Manager for Operations Strategy & Optimization is responsible for defining, enabling, and continuously improving operational service delivery. This role partners across Operations, Technology, Product, Implementation, Training, and Leadership teams to align on scalable service solutions, optimize processes, support operational readiness, and drives initiatives to improve consistency, productivity, performance, and customer outcomes.

About you

• Prior corporate travel experience
