Mars Wrigley in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a Process Machine Operator Floater for the 3rd shift. The role supports the Production Coordinator, performs changeovers, rebuilds, quality checks, and CIP tasks to ensure continuous production of Dove chocolates.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong English reading/writing skills. Laptops/iPads and MS Office experience are required.

Pay: Based on experience $25.40/hour+ and $1.50 shift premium

Current Shift Schedule (2026)

• Shift: 3rd (Nights)


• Schedule: Sunday night- Friday


• Hours: 1030pm-7am (must be flexible pending business needs)

Description of Role:

Process Machine Operator- Floater is the back up to the Production Coordinator and production lead as needed. Responsible for product and machine rebuilds, changeovers, quality checks, cleaning-in-place (CIP), continuous improvement recommendations.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education


• 3+ years of manufacturing experience


• Basic analytical and mathematical skills


• Proficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)

Physical Requirements:

• Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.


• Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)


• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.


• Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.


• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours


• Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions


• Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Degree or Certification


• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing


• Weever software experience


• Food or beverage manufacturing experience


• Maintenance knowledge or capabilities


• Forklift experience

Total Rewards
