Mars Wrigley in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a Process Machine Operator - Floater. This role backs up Production Coordinator and production lead, performing rebuilds, changeovers, quality checks, CIP and supporting continuous improvement.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, analytical and math skills, and proficiency with laptops and MS Office. The position operates on 3rd shift, Sundays to Fridays, 12-hour nights, with a starting pay of $25.40/hour plus $1.50

• Train and assist other associates as needed, supporting Production Coordinators and the Maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and keep detailed logbooks.
• Any ad hoc requests

Mars Wrigley- Process Machine Operator: Floater- Elizabethtown, PA

Current Shift Schedule (2026)

• Shift: 3rd (Nights)
• Schedule: Sunday night- Friday
• Hours: 1030pm-7am (must be flexible pending business needs)

Description of Role

Process Machine Operator- Floater is the back up to the Production Coordinator and production lead as needed. Responsible for product and machine rebuilds, changeovers, quality checks, cleaning-in-place (CIP), continuous improvement recommendations.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficient using laptops, iPads, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)

Physical Requirements

• Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
• Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
• Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions
• Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Degree or Certification
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Weever software experience
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience
• Maintenance knowledge or capabilities
• Forklift experience
