Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in GMP environment
• Prefer previous experience leading teams or projects
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Maintain Right to Operate and ensure all processes are performed safely; report and investigate hazards and near misses.
• Maintain the quality system and achieve quality objectives; audit readiness and internal inspections.
• Ensure accuracy of procedures related to receipt, quarantine, storage, and disbursement of materials per regulations.
• Coordinate and provide training time for team members; maintain training compliance >95%.
• Monitor, balance, delegate and direct employees to meet production goals and schedule.
• Lead more than one production line and coordinate equipment maintenance/calibration.
• Identify process improvements, participate in Tier meetings, and collect and trend daily metrics.
