Job summary

Roche Tucson is seeking a Process Lead Reagents to drive daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment. You will lead production teams, provide hands-on line support (20-40%), perform material handling, protocol validations, and maintain strict audit readiness while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience (preferably GMP-regulated).
• Strong continuous improvement/Lean knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems and productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
• Engaging communicator, proactive problem-solver, and capable of coaching and collaborating across functions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to work in a high-volume environment and maintain precision.
• Must be physically able to stand/walk 4+ hours daily, lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE, and cover weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, balance, and direct daily operations for production employees and contractors to meet output goals and schedule adherence.
• Provide hands-on line support (20%–40%), including bulk solution formulation, material handling, process auditing, SAP transactions, and protocol validations.
• Ensure audit readiness (FDA, OSHA, ISO, FAA) and maintain quality systems by addressing hazards and conducting NCR investigations.
• Coordinate training, equipment maintenance and calibration, and ensure targets stay above 95% compliance.
• Collect, trend, and report daily operational metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) during Tier meetings to resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead end-of-shift pass-downs and cross-functional communications to maintain strong team alignment across shifts.
