Resilience in West Chester, OH seeks a Process Lead to standardize practices across the Process Execution Team (PET). You will act as SME for IDAP or Sterile Ops, guiding change control, training, and SAP transactions while driving continuous improvement.

This role requires GMP experience, Lean/Six Sigma, data analysis with Excel/PowerBI, and strong coaching skills. Expect on-floor time (~20%), Genba walks, and cross-functional collaboration to close process gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science.
• Advanced technical degree or professional certification is preferred.
• GMP/regulatory production experience and LEAN/ Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and data-analysis tools like Excel/PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Develop standards/standard work for line setup and troubleshooting.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization across shifts.
• Coach operators; track KPIs, OEE, yields, downtime; drive root-cause analysis.
• Manage deviation/change control records and training on processes.
