Roche in Tucson seeks a Process Lead Reagents to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment, guiding daily manufacturing activities across multiple lines and ensuring audit readiness.

You will provide hands-on line support (20%-40%), manage line efficiency, lead training, coordinate maintenance, and maintain safety and quality metrics, with a 2pm-10:30pm second shift and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; GMP-regulated environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft).
• Engaging communicator with coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk 4+ hours daily and lift up to 50 lbs; PPE required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, balance, and direct daily operations for production employees and contractors to meet output goals and schedule adherence.
• Provide hands-on line support (20%-40%), including bulk solution formulation, material handling, process auditing, SAP transactions, and protocol validations.
• Maintain audit readiness (FDA, OSHA, ISO) and drive continuous improvement initiatives (6S).
• Coordinate training, equipment maintenance, and calibration; ensure targets and safety metrics are met.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure strong team alignment and effective pass-downs.
