Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Tucson, AZ to lead a fast-paced production operation ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and efficient manufacturing. You will oversee a shift-based team, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement across the value stream in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with area leadership to achieve KPIs and production goals on a global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain or related field, with 2 years in process, people or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower direct reports or teams; provide coaching and feedback on performance and progress toward goals.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, production issues and equipment maintenance needs; collaborate with support functions for resolution.
• Coordinate with process lead for resource management.
• Responsible for production manufacturing adherence and end-to-end process understanding.
• Set goals, align deliverables for shifts; report misses and implement corrective actions.
• Drive lean culture by empowering the workforce to improve and reduce waste using lean tools.
• Collaborate with peers in other shifts/functions to drive value stream and global projects.
