Job summary

RESILIENCE is seeking a Process Lead to standardize practices and drive continuous improvement across the Process Execution Team. You will serve as a SME for IDAP or Sterile Ops PET, guiding change control, training, and SAP transactions while coaching peers.

The role emphasizes LEAN, problem-solving, and leadership to improve line efficiency and 24/7 operations readiness. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Considerable experience in GMP or regulated production environment.
Experience in manufacturing/operations-based field with fast pace and customer focus.
Experience coaching and influencing others to drive performance.
Leadership capabilities supporting customer focus and decision making.
Ability to coach and mentor peers in a project environment.
Familiarity with Veeva Vault and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Develop standards and standard work for line setup and troubleshooting.
Partner with technical teams to implement line improvements.
Use KPIs (OEE, yields, downtime) to drive cross-shift improvements.
Ensure regulatory standards are met and gaps closed.
Drive problem solving with focus on root cause and timely actions.
Spend ~20% on the floor and lead regular Genba walks.
Manage deviation and change control records; track quality records to completion.
Provide training in technical writing, Veeva navigation, and process flow.
