Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Head of Process Intelligence to lead enterprise process intelligence using SAP Signavio, process mining, and analytics. You will drive standardization, automation, and transformation by partnering with business and IT leaders to identify performance gaps and quantify benefits.

The role combines BPM, data analytics, and change management, building a Center of Excellence and delivering measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in BPM, analytics, or transformation.
• 5+ years with enterprise processes and ERP/large-scale environments.
• Experience with process mining or advanced process analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong SAP Signavio and S/4HANA exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Process Intelligence strategy.
• Establish a Process Excellence Center of Excellence.
• Lead process-mining analyses; translate findings to business impact.
• Partner with Process Owners, IT, and executives to drive improvements.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor end-to-end processes.
