Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Head of Process Intelligence to lead enterprise process intelligence initiatives using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, process mining, analytics, and S/4HANA knowledge to enable data-driven transformation.

You will establish a Process Excellence Center of Excellence and collaborate with business process owners, IT, data and analytics teams, and executive leadership to identify performance gaps and translate insights into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business required.
• 8-12+ years of experience in BPM, analytics, or transformation.
• Experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Process Intelligence strategy and COE.
• Model and document end-to-end processes with Signavio.
• Perform conformance checks between designed and actual processes.
• Develop enterprise BPM standards and governance.
• Partner with executives to translate insights into business outcomes.
