Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a strategic Head of Process Intelligence to establish and lead our enterprise process intelligence capability. You will drive SAP Signavio-based analytics, process mining, and data-driven process improvement across the organization.

You will partner with IT, data teams, and executives to quantify improvement opportunities, define standards, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business.
• 8–12+ years of experience in business process management, process transformation, analytics, consulting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise business processes.
• Demonstrated experience with process mining or advanced process analytics.
• Experience working with complex ERP environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation or process-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise process intelligence strategy and roadmaps.
• Establish Process Excellence CoE standards and governance.
• Model and maintain L0–L4 process hierarchies and ownership.
• Develop and lead process-mining analyses using SAP Signavio.
• Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and automation opportunities.
• Develop enterprise KPI framework and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to leverage S/4HANA data for analytics.
• Mentor analysts and build reusable analytical models.
