Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering field with graduation after September 2027.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SPC and DOE.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, MATLAB, Tableau, or MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze technical data and make sound engineering decisions in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to achieve yield, quality, throughput, and cost objectives.
  • Apply SPC, FDC, Design of Experiments, and systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify and resolve process deviations and chronic issues.
  • Collaborate with operations, equipment, and engineering teams to address yield loss risks, tool restrictions, defects, and output interruptions.
  • Perform data analysis using engineering and visualization tools to support process optimization and increase wafer output.
  • Utilize approved AI analytics tools to enhance process monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
