Job summary

Qualifications

  • MS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of memory technologies including DRAM, NAND, NOR, SRAM.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer and develop novel process flows for critical modules with structural and electrical specs.
  • Design experiments and analyze results using statistical methods to improve yield.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Process Development, Modeling, Yield, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
