Understanding of semiconductor process flow.
Knowledge of CMP, film, etch, photo.
Familiarity with DRAM, NAND, NOR components.

Responsibilities

Enable next generation DRAM in the manufacturing Fab.
Analyze electrical and inline data to identify yield detractors.
Optimize process integration flow and structure to improve yield and performance.
Monitor and maintain the production line and ensure spec integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Leverage AI tools to improve problem solving efficiency.
Communicate and present results to large audiences.
