Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Fundamental understanding of semiconductor devices, processing, or manufacturing.
• Experience with statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and optimization of semiconductor process modules across the DRAM manufacturing flow.
• Analyze electrical, inline, process, and yield data to identify performance gaps and yield detractors.
• Apply statistical analysis and engineering problem-solving methodologies to investigate technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve engineering efficiency and decision-making.
• Document findings and communicate results to engineering leadership.
