Job summary

Micron Technology invites a highly motivated Process Integration Engineer Intern for a 6-month internship. You will analyze complex manufacturing data, support integration of DRAM process modules, and collaborate with multiple engineering teams to drive efficiency and AI-enabled innovations.

You will gain hands-on experience with data analytics, inline data interpretation, and yield improvement while contributing to manufacturing readiness and technology performance.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a technical degree in EE, materials, physics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
Ability to communicate findings effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Support semiconductor process module integration and optimization in DRAM flow.
Analyze electrical, inline, process and yield data to identify anomalies and gaps.
Apply statistical methods to investigate technical issues and improve yield.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance engineering insights.
