The role offers hands‑on semiconductor process exposure, dashboard development, and opportunities to apply AI‑assisted solutions in day‑to‑day experiments and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving skills.
• Fundamental understanding of semiconductor devices, semiconductor processing, or manufacturing.
• Experience with statistical data analysis.
• Ability to analyze technical data and draw engineering conclusions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and self‑motivation.

Responsabilités

• Support integration and optimization of semiconductor process modules across the DRAM manufacturing flow.
• Analyze electrical, inline, process, and yield data to identify performance gaps, yield detractors, and process anomalies.
• Apply statistical analysis and engineering problem‑solving methodologies to investigate complex technical issues.
• Partner with Process Integration, Process Engineering, Yield Engineering, Device, Technology Development, and other cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Use data analytics, visualization, automation, and AI‑assisted tools to improve engineering problem‑solving efficiency and productivity.
• Support experiments and data analysis to understand relationships between process conditions, device performance, and product yield.
• Develop dashboards, analytical methods, or other tools that improve engineering efficiency and decision‑making.
• Document technical findings and communicate results and recommendations to engineering teams and leadership.
• Leveraging AI in day‑to‑day operation and tasks
