Job summary

Vertiv, based in Westerville, Ohio, seeks a Specialist in Business Process Improvement and VOS to own defined phases across OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, or Services in the Americas. You will partner with business leaders on policies, mentor peers, and drive process improvements with a disciplined, data-driven approach.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, project ownership with light oversight, and opportunity identification for AI and automation within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Introductory knowledge in project planning, development, management, and implementation.
• 4-8 years' experience in project management or exposure to OTC/PTP/NPDI/SIOP/Services.
• Strong English communication; good cross-functional liaison across levels.
• Experience with ERP financial applications (Oracle preferred) and Agile process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own discrete OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP or Services project phases.
• Manage self with light oversight.
• Prepare flowcharts and reporting packages.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Liaise with Learning and Development.
• Plans change management communications.
• Executes training.
• Create and maintain projects in ServiceNow.
