Job summary

Vertiv Corporation in Ohio seeks a Global Process Lead for Opportunity to Order (OTO) to design, optimize, and govern the OTO value stream across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will own the global process blueprint, drive standardization from opportunity creation to order booking, and partner with Digital/Technology to deliver system-enabled solutions that reduce quote cycle times and improve order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in process management, business transformation, or operations.
• Deep expertise in OTO, LOT, or Q2C end-to-end processes.
• Experience designing global process blueprints across regions and ERP/CRM.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the global OTO process blueprint across regions and ERP/CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and PM to define roles and handoffs.
• Identify pain points, reduce lead times, and improve data quality and customer experience.
• Draft and maintain SOPs and Job Aids for the OTO process, with clear data origins and handoffs.
• Coordinate regional alignment across AMER, EMEA, APAC for global adoption.
• Ensure OTO processes are enabled through ERP/CRM/configurators and identify gaps.
• Partner with OCM to design training and adoption plans across geographies.
• Define and track OTO KPIs: quote cycle time, win rate, order accuracy, conversions.
