Vertiv, headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, seeks a Specialist in Business Process Improvement & VOS to own discrete project phases across OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP or Services within the Americas. You will build trusted SME relationships, partner with leaders on policy, and mentor peers while delivering disciplined process improvements.

Ideal candidate has 4–8 years of project management experience in an international setting, strong English communication, and proficiency with Oracle ERP and Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, marketing, computer science, or related field.
• 4–8 years of project management experience or exposure to OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, or Services.
• Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient with ERP financial apps (Oracle preferred) and MS Office; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile process improvement and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own discrete OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP or Services project phases.
• Manage work with light oversight; prepare flowcharts and reporting packages.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Maintain working-level stakeholder relationships and partner with policy owners.
• Liaise with Learning and Development; plan change-management communications.
• Execute training; may lead small working groups and model Vertiv behaviors.
