First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process research requests, account adjustments, and payments for credit card and unsecured loan accounts in compliance with regulations. You will resolve issues, review credit balances, and post transactions accurately while supporting continuous process improvements.

The role operates on-site at FNBO Tower in Omaha with a 12:00–8:30pm CST schedule, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task assigned projects while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills

Responsibilities

• Daily Report Settlement and Reconciliation; research and resolve unapplied payments, credit balances, and payment inquiries related to credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts
• Calculate and process monetary account adjustments
• Provide a positive customer experience while responding to written and verbal customer inquiries
• Work collaboratively with various teams to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy
• Provide/participate in on-the-job orientation, training, and cross training of new and existing team members
