Process incoming research requests, monetary account adjustments, and account updates for credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts in compliance with applicable regulations. Utilize basic accounting concepts to resolve payment issues, review/issue credit balances, and ensure transactions are posted accurately and timely to customer accounts. Assist in recommending, implementing, training, and documenting new processes to gain efficiencies and reduce expenses.
Schedule: 12:00 to 8:30pm CST Monday through Friday

Compensation range (base pay): $41,116.00-$65,787.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
