Qualifications

• Experience delivering business process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or similar.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Strong root cause analysis and process-mapping skills.
• Excellent data analysis to drive improvement decisions.
• Background as business analyst or process-improvement professional.
• Ability to manage improvement work with structured project-management methods.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of process-mMapping and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process-improvement projects across enterprise functions using Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC.
• Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose measurable improvements.
• Perform current-state vs future-state assessments to address root issues.
• Collect and interpret process data to support decision-making.
• Partner with teams to implement sustainable improvements and foster continuous improvement.
• Manage improvement initiatives with defined scope, timelines and milestones.
• Create process documentation, maps, reports, and dashboards to show impact.
• Support development and delivery of process-improvement training.
