Job summary

Elevated Facility Services in Tampa, FL is seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze, document, and improve business processes, driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability while reducing waste.

The role partners with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure results using Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, and project management principles. Occasional travel to site locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior CRM experience Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a branch-office or multi-location environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document workflows, procedures, and process changes.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with implementation, training, and change management activities.
• Monitor results and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Prepare reports and present findings to leadership.
• Flexible to travel to site locations
