The Process Improvement Analyst drives process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and administrative operations, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and deliver measurable performance gains. In addition to leading process improvement work, this role provides project management support to the department, helping ensure initiatives are well planned, documented, and tracked to completion. This position blends hands‑on improvement work with the administrative discipline needed to sustain a high‑performing team.
- Apply Lean Six sigma and Project Management methodologies across Service lines, J35 and strategic projects, ensure
- alignment with organizational quality and overall performance standards
- Lead or co‑lead process mapping and workflow analysis sessions to identify inefficiencies, waste, bottlenecks, and
- Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops, guiding cross‑functional teams through root cause
- analysis, solution design and pilot testing.
- Apply DMAIC and other Lean Six Sigma frameworks to structure improvement projects from problem definition
- through implementation and control/sustainment.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data to identify trends, establish baseline performance,
- and validate improvement impact.
- Document standard operating procedures, process maps, and control plans to sustain and hardwire improvements.
- Partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders to build buy‑in, drive adoption of redesigned processes, and
- support change management activities.
- Identify, document, and elevate risks, barriers affecting PI and/or PM initiatives.
- Support leadership in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including scope, schedule, and milestone
- tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, including charters, project plans, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to closure.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in PMO systems and tools
- Perform all other related job duties as assigned.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt is required. Project Management professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or operational support roles.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
