Peckham, a nonprofit community vocational rehabilitation organization, is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to analyze logistics operations and identify efficiency opportunities. You will design and implement process improvements, support automation initiatives, and monitor impact across departments.

The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, leveraging data to drive ROI, and maintaining alignment with ISO 9001 standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in process improvement or related experience.
• Knowledge and experience of ISO-9001 requirements.
• Ability to pass and maintain Federal and State background checks.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

A Brief Overview

The Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for analyzing potential improvements to logistics operations and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. This role partners with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. The analyst also supports logistics-related projects and change management efforts to ensure sustainable improvements.

What you will do

• Support the execution and monitoring of future and present process improvement projects.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices by attending trade shows, conferences, and professional development events.

• Advises management on new developments, impact of recommended changes, along with providing return on investment (ROI) calculations for new projects and capital purchases.
• Read, analyze, and implement requirements outlined in contracts, specifications, and operational guidelines to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
• Assist with oversight and guidance of team members as needed.

What you will Need

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or other related field

• Knowledge and experience of ISO - 9001 requirements

Physical Demands: Manufacturing and Logistics

This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery. Employees may also engage in bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Work is conducted in an environment with frequent exposure to noise, artificial lighting, and limited natural light. Occasional exposure to temperature changes, hazards, and heights may occur, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
