Peckham, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Services Trainee for the Dimondale, MI location. The role involves cleaning restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common areas with on-site supervision and orientation before placement.

Location: Dimondale, MI
The Custodial Services Trainee duties involve general custodial tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning of restrooms, public areas, classrooms, offices, and conference rooms. The ideal candidate isflexible, diligent, and a good communicator, who can receive feedback and resolve basic issues with the support of an on‑site Supervisor or Crew Leader.Attending New Hire Orientation and receiving in‑person training is required before being placed at a site. Placement site can change at any time based on contract requirements or the needs of the line of business.

Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, squat, or smell. Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision with detail, distance vision with detail, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
