Peckham Diversified - Facilities Level III
The Facilities Level III position assists in various roles at Revolution Farms West. Primary duties of this position include repairs and monitoring of structures, systems, and equipment as well as crop maintenance and harvest activities. Responsibilities may also include general building maintenance, preventive building maintenance, hoop house maintenance, and equipment and machinery maintenance. Duties may also include landscape maintenance, weed control, mowing, trimming, general cleaning, leaf removal, the setup/removal of holiday decorations, and snow removal activities. The Level III position requires successfully passing skills assessments, safety training, and obtaining forklift certification.

Work is performed across both indoor facilities and outdoor environments at Revolution Farm, with conditions varying significantly by season. Employees should expect regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, fumes, and airborne particles, as well as occasional loud noise. Outdoor work involves exposure to insects, inclement weather, and temperature extremes throughout the year. This role requires hands‑on operation of a broad range of tools and equipment, including, but not limited to, ground maintenance tools (shovels, hoes, rakes, string trimmers, lawn edgers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, push and riding mowers), utility and transport vehicles (ATV, UTV, golf cart, wheelbarrow), lift and access equipment (scissor lift, rolling scaffolding, folding and extension ladders), cleaning equipment (shop vacuums, power washers), seasonal equipment (snow blowers, salt and fertilizer spreaders, spot spray applicators), and irrigation components (pumps and sprinklers).
