MSIG USA in Warren Township, New Jersey is seeking an Operations Excellence Analyst to support process improvement, documentation, and performance analysis across insurance operations. You will define workflows, map processes, and establish success criteria for automation and Copilot initiatives in billing, underwriting support, and policy administration.

This execution-focused role partners with Operations, Underwriting, Technology, and other teams to deliver clear business requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end operational processes using SIPOC, swim lanes, and RACI methodologies.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Define use cases for automation and Copilot solutions with clear success criteria.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Document business controls and support audit, risk, and regulatory compliance.
