Job summary

Qualifications

• Baseline knowledge of AI foundations and related concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with executive-level communication.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive workstreams.
• Experience creating presentations for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders, develop frameworks, and deliver insights on process improvements.
• Lead workstreams, influence teams, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop roadmaps, identify obstacles, and escalate risks as needed.
• Analyze key processes to find improvement and automation opportunities.
• Create process maps, workflows, and documentation to support recommendations.
• Test and deploy new process tools in line with objectives.
• Coordinate with leaders to implement Lean management and sustain outcomes.
• Observe workflows, conduct stakeholder interviews, and assess adoption.
• Apply continuous improvement methods to reduce waste and risk.
• Translate findings into executive-ready analyses and change plans.
