AAR in Rockford, Illinois, seeks a Manager, Business Process Improvement to lead the design and deployment of process controls that enhance efficiency and give the company a competitive edge. You will develop KPI dashboards, mentor colleagues in Six Sigma and process methodology, report KPIs to leadership, and drive cross-functional improvements across the business.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• Experience with Quality Improvement techniques
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• 5 years’ experience in process improvement, consulting, or related activities

Mansioni

• Development and implementation of process management control systems through Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects
• Develop, monitor and report KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Educate employees in process methodology, flowcharting, Six Sigma tools, and KPIs via training
• Report KPIs to business unit leaders and stakeholders
• Interface with customer and government representatives as needed
• Suggest and evaluate alternative methods to meet market opportunities
• Cooperate with top management on policies, procedures and goals
• Supervise cross-functional Continuous Improvement projects in line with policy
• Identify, analyze and implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce defects
• Perform all other duties as assigned
