Qualifications

• 3–5 years of increasing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis and change management capabilities.
• Working knowledge of plant safety and quality requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes.
• Excellent team facilitation and leadership skills.
• Mastered Minitab, Business Objects, Visio, and Bama web apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive process improvements projects using the PDSA methodology.
• Collaborate with all Tulsa plants to share learnings and best practices.
• Drive and execute strategy, focus and alignment around key improvement initiatives.
• Engage all Bama team members in process improvement projects.
• Develop relationships, teaching process improvement skills and tools, leading and facilitating teams.
• Report to Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Business Execution.
