You will manage strategic projects, apply Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping, and drive sustained improvements across manufacturing and supply chain processes.

The role requires a minimum of 9 years in process improvement, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or business.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma process improvement
• Knowledge of Lean tools such as standard work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional change
• Experience delivering significant strategic results for Business Process Improvement initiatives.
