Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Process Excellence leader in the United States to drive end-to-end process improvements across investment management and financial services. You will spearhead process optimization programs, mentor teams, and deliver measurable gains by leveraging KPIs and best practices.

The role requires a strong Six Sigma background, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering process optimization projects.
• Experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, or Financial Services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Lead and manage process excellence projects from initiation through to completion.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvement initiatives and engage stakeholders.
• Remain current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to process excellence.
