Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis frameworks.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced quantitative data analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end improvement projects.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional process optimization initiatives.
• Independently scope, plan, and execute complex process improvement initiatives across diverse business functions.
• Map and evaluate existing workflows using root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, performance shortfalls, and inefficiencies.
• Assemble, facilitate, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within scope.
• Establish operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and leading indicators to track process efficiency.
• Consult with senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering techniques.
• Develop analytical reports and present data-driven recommendations, control plans, and methodology frameworks.
• Guide, train, and coach junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques.
