Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Process and Risk Management professional to document, monitor and improve critical processes across the organization. You will educate stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence partners to ensure compliant execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, transparency to leadership, and ongoing process documentation with a focus on continual improvement and data management enhancements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience.
• At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• At least 4+ years of Process Management experience (preferred).
• At least 1+ years of Project Management experience (preferred).
• At least 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred).
• Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards.
• Educating and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution.
• Leading or engaging in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects.
• Effectively communicating and influencing partners across multiple functional areas.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance data management practices.
• Developing and maintaining formal process documentation.
• Analyzing data and influencing others to identify risks and trends.
• Consulting on well-managed processes and risk management for new intent.
• Collecting data to provide transparency to senior leadership on process health.
