Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Process Improvement professional to plan, execute, and optimize complex business processes. You will align operations with the overall experience strategy, develop strategic program plans for customers, and monitor performance via KPIs and control limits.

Mentorship and cross-functional collaboration are key parts of the role. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in process mapping, Lean principles, data analytics, and risk management, with a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience.
• 6 years in process execution/optimization or related.
• Experience with quality management and problem-solving tools.
• Experience implementing and sustaining change.
• Hands-on process mapping, modeling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for complex processes.
• Understand objectives, rules, performance, risks, and controls.
• Support alignment of processes to experience strategy and vision.
• Develop strategic customer-specific process program plans.
• Manage process performance via control limits and KPIs.
• Identify, own, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
• Develop communication plans for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics to measure process and project performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to lead improvements.
• Lead solution development including business case and benefits substantiation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance for team and partners.
