• Performing routine internal audits on operational processes.
• Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
• Identifying areas of process inefficiency and proposing innovative solutions.
• Championing process improvement projects and managing implementation of the same.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations, project updates, and improvement outcomes to leadership.
• Support process governance activities by helping ensure operational procedures align with organizational standards and applicable requirements.
