Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a maintenance technician at our Clayton, NC facility to identify issues and improve reliability of process equipment, minimizing downtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, operating and monitoring equipment, and supporting reliability improvement projects, while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Associate degree required, or HS diploma with 2+ years of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, schematics and wiring diagrams is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field is a plus.
- Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure process performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify issues and improve reliability of process equipment.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned process.
- Operate, monitor, and control equipment and processes.
- Record and review production data in Batch Production Records and forms.
- Support system/equipment reliability improvement projects.
- Follow safety and environmental requirements in duties.
- Assist in coordination of planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
